1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Free Return Shipping and No Restocking Fees
We believe in transparent service. We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. We do not charge any restocking fees . We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item to our facility.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

- Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns must be shipped back to our official business address: 10 Calendar Court, Columbia, SC 29206.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@iconchiro.com or +1-803-704-4264 so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will process your return and refund for the first item according to our standard timeline.
6. Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
