Thank you for choosing Icon Wellness. We are dedicated to delivering our chiropractic-grade posture correctors, cushions, and wellness products to you safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Cost and Coverage
We offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There is no minimum order required, no hidden fees, and no discount codes needed. Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and military APO/FPO addresses). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Transit and Delivery Timelines
Once processed, standard delivery transit takes approximately 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your shipping address. We partner with reliable carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure safe and prompt delivery.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and transit times may vary depending on carrier delays or peak shipping seasons. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
4. Shipment Tracking
When your order ships, we will send you an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
5. Address Corrections
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at contact@iconchiro.com or call +1-803-704-4264. We will do our best to correct the address before the package departs our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that was damaged during transit, please take photos of the packaging and contact us at contact@iconchiro.com within 48 hours of delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or contact the carrier directly before reaching out to our support team.
